We offer 10 DAYS hassle free exchanges & returns

from the date of delivery.

1. We will only accept our articles that are returned in their original packaging, are unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags intact.

2. Customer needs to mail us about exchange/return within 10 days from the date of delivery. We would not be able to carry out the exchange/return if the mail is sent after 10 days from the date of delivery.

3. In case, your pincode is not serviceable by the courier company for reverse pickup you will have to bear the courier charges and send us back the product yourself.

4. Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or open.

5. Items sold under any kind of sale/offers/coupon codes are eligible for only 1 time size exchange whether it's a COD or a pre-paid order

6. If an exchange needs to be done more than once the customer will have to bear the charges of the shipping cost.

7. A prepaid order once opted for exchange is not eligible for refund.

8. For returns & refund on prepaid order Rs.150 is deductible from the invoice value since that is the amount the courier company charges us for arranging return pickup.

9. If a prepaid order is refused to be accepted/cancelled after the package is dispatched the shipping fee will be deducted from the invoice value during refund. 

10. Need to exchange a second time? No worries. An additional charge of Rs.200 is applicable which goes to the courier company for carrying out the entire procedure the 2nd time.
